Cooking on the Champs-Élysées Paris

At Ecole Lenôtre

At Lenôtre School

The latest from Paris…beginning at midnight on March 19, 2021, the City of Lights, along with 16 other regions in France, will enter into their third CV19 lockdown which will last for at least one month.  In these regions there are strict limitations on trips outside the home, and every trip must be accompanied by an attestation form.  The French may leave their place of residence for commuting to and from essential work or family activities, medical appointments, judicial appointments, walking a pet, shopping for essential items, limited participation in religious services, or other limited reasons. They are also permitted to exercise within 10km of their home. The Government of France has imposed a stay-at-home curfew, which, beginning March 20, 2021, is now from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. for all of France.

Since you can’t get there with international travel restrictions also in place for “La Ville-Lumière”, it seems like a good time to share a fond look back to better times with a cooking class at Lenôtre.  Set against the backdrop of the beautiful and iconic landmark of the Champs-Élysées, we hope you enjoy this little taste of Paris and all that can be learned from French tradition and world class cuisine!
